Clothing Order Information

Students have been given clothing order forms. Here's a back up!

IGHMS Track T-Shirt Order Form

The middle school track t-shirts will be royal blue this year. The shirts will cost $7 each. Please print your name (NEATLY) and select the size t-shirt you would like. Bring this form with $7 to Coach Moe, Coach Golden, or Coach Anderson by Monday April 11^th. In order to get the t-shirts back quickly, late orders will not be accepted.
