This Friday, April 17 we will host a 4pm Time Trial meet on our track. In a time trial meet there are no field events.
We will be signing athletes up for both meets this week.
Please keep our meet expectations in mind:
Meet Expectations. All athletes need to be prepared for their events. If you sign up for certain events you are responsible for participating in those specific events and reporting to them on time! You are encouraged to cheer on all other athletes from Inver Grove Heights during the entire meet. You are expected to stay for the entire meet (even after your events) and strongly recommended to ride the bus home with the teammates. If for some reason you need to leave the meet early, you must have a parent come and sign you out with a coach. You are NOT allowed to leave with anyone but your own parents.
